Abstract:
Funding is tight. Organizations are downsizing.
Libraries and information centers are downsizing or
being eliminated. Part of an aggressive defense is to
know if the services being offered are meeting user
and/or management goals. Several strategies are
identified from the literature, followed by examples of
how to use these tools to present the
library/information services in light of today's needs.
