Abstract:
This report documents the methods and outcomes of the
telephone survey, face-to-face interviews, and focus
groups that were conducted in support of the federal
building and fire safety investigation of the World
Trade Center disaster. In total, 803 telephone
interviews were completed, 220 face-to-face interviews
were completed and 6 focus groups involving 28
individuals were completed. All interview material was
transferred to National Institute of Standards and
Technology investigators for analysis.
